Halang Naic, Cavite Team – September 2017

Ocular visit of CWTP Executive Committee members with some missionaries

Ministry Highlights

“Children are gifts from the Lord…” Psalms 127:3. 110 kids were fed during the feeding program last September 9. They heard the story about the Greatest Commandment and enjoyed the fun activities with power praise.

After the Sunday Worship Service last September 10, Ptr. Ramon led the Child Dedication of Bro. Alvin Jaromay’s  son (Church member).  He is a 2-year old baby, diagnosed with hydrocephalus since his birth. In the afternoon, the team visited the target venue for Family Day and Water Baptism at Dalaroy Beach Resort located in Ternate, Cavite. A follow up meeting with some church leaders has been facilitated by Sis. Joyce a week prior to that upcoming event.

Out of four potential and existing church planting ministry areas all over Cavite province, our area was one of those had been visited by the CWTP Executive Committee members together with some missionaries last September 28. They met our local church workers present in the church at Bronzeville 2.

We’re grateful to God for the 18th birthday celebration of Sis. Raichell Aringo (youth leader, see photo below) last September 9. Simple yet a lovely event indeed organized by her family with the cooperation of our church members and the team.

Praise God for the safe and successful Cebu Mission Trip of Ptr. Ramon Padilla & Bro. John Ridley from Sept. 14 – 17. They conducted a feeding program for 150 children together with CWTP Cebu team located in Bgy. Buhisan, Cebu City. Php5,000 was given to the caretaker of the prospected church lot. They attended Sunday Worship Service in the partner’s church where Bro. John shared his life testimony.

Prayer Concerns

1.    God’s provision and protection for our upcoming Family Day and Water Baptism on October 1
2.    For God to prepare the hearts of the 16 members who decided to be baptized
3.    Continually have team work guided by God’s wisdom and leading of the Holy Spirit to Ptr. Ramon as team leader and South Field Director, and to Ptr. Reggie and Sis. Joyce as members
4.    Blessings of good health and provision for the team’s families and partner church members
