Alternative Learning System Registration in the Community

Ministry Highlights

Alternative Learning System. Thank God! Last February 24 was our first registration of Alternative Learning System (ALS) in our community area. Out of the one hundred (100) potential ALS students in the community that we surveyed, twenty (20) of them were registered in our ALS program. We targeted forty to fifty (40-50) students for this program so we still have on-going registration on March, 3, 8, 9 and 10. We needed thirty (30) more registered students in order to start our ALS this coming March 24.

Team Program. The team continually follows up the families that we surveyed last January and builds up friendship with them. We plan to open five (5) Bible study groups to different block in the community area on the first week of March; one (1) in the ALS program, three (3) among the adults, and one (1) among the youths. The team also promotes the CWTP evangelistic youth camp in Laguna this April 19-21, targeting fifteen (15) unbeliever youths in every CWTP ministry area. Now, we have three (3) interested youths who will be joining the camp.

Donor Visit. Last February 20, one of our donor churches from the Christian Bible Church of the Philippines (CBCP) visited again in our community area and offered us to conduct an outreach evangelism, both for adults and kids, this coming May 26. They wanted to share the gospel to three hundred (300) families and give them gifts. Thank God for His goodness in bringing our brethren to help us evangelize the families in our ministry area. Moreover, they assured our team that they wanted to partner with us in different projects for two years.
